I'm sad today. One of my best friends left today to go abroad for a year. I managed not to cry at the train station, but she gave me a letter before she went on the train and when I opened it later I couldn't stop the tears. I will miss her very much and I am upset, because I know that she will have changed when she comes back next year, and I won't have.
I am also sad because I applied for the exact same job she is going to do over there, but they wouldn't take me.
Ugh, confusing day, and now I have to go to the office hours of one of my professors and I hate that.

plans for the future

Hello there! I'm back on my blog after almost two months. I had quite a lovely summer, staying at my parents' house and then going abroad with some friends. Now I'm back at my flat with the best best friend/flatmate one could wish for, and I'm ready to take on the new semster.
I'm going to write my Bachelor-thesis this autumn, and I'm hoping for a new job. I also plan to join a chamber orchestra and to apply for some work experience abroad. Wish me luck!
