I need your help

For some reason I can't upload any pictures on my blog. Google always tells me to sign up new but then it shuts down entirely and doesn't let me do anything any more. Does anyone have an idea, why that is and how I can fix it? I would be sooo grateful for your help!!!!:) Please leave a comment!
